Cook out or take out, burgers are my fave, so you could image how excited I was about this project when it came along!
This one is a fudgy chocolate cake with KitKat and Swiss meringue buttercream inside with @renshawbaking fondant and hand painted embellishments. The toppers are made from @kelloggsus rice crispy treats, modeling chocolate, and @renshawbaking fondant, air brushed and hand painted.
I used a pattie of rice crispy treats for the hamburger because it had such a great texture, and used @simicakes1 isomalt and fleximolds for the ice! Usually you take a torch and heat the bubbles out, but I loved the look the ice had because of them. All in all, I’m thrilled with the result!
