All the heart eyes for this boho wedding cake! I made this for a photoshoot and I can’t wait to see how they styled it, but in the mean time, here are my own I snapped before this number went out the door.
Tips for a macrame cake: a clay extruder is your friend! I purchased mine at @bakerscandc but you can also find them at any craft store in the clay sculpting section. Make sure your fondant is moist enough so it comes out smooth. I like to dab mine in some water and work it until it’s soft and very pliable. Roll it into a medium snake and feed into the extruder- select your shaped gauge and twirl away- but work quickly cuz thin peices of fondant dry quickly. Good luck!
